SCRAPPED UNIFORM PLANS REVEALED
The school sinks to a new low

Friday 4 May 2001

When you think of Bundy High students, what do you picture? Well, apart from the constant cussing and spitting, you think of students wearing sky blue shirts on navy shorts, the colours that Bundy High always has had and always will have...but, not if the uniform committee had it's way. The Unofficial Bundy High Newsletter has discovered the uniforms that the Uniform Committee had voted to change to in the 2001 school year.

The uniforms, seen below, do not feature the traditional school colours of Navy and Blue, but rather a brown and black colour scheme. The plan also required the teachers to wear a compulsory uniform much in the same tone as the students' attire. See for yourself.

When the Unofficial Bundy High Newsletter contacted Mrs. Roffey (who was in charge of the uniform committee) on this matter, she replied "The school was going to use those uniforms that you are talking about, but all the clothing companies in town refused to make them. It must be hard to get those particular colours or something."

So, it seems that these uniforms will never be worn by the school's students and staff. What do you think of the uniforms? Send an email to bundyhighnews@hotmail.com.
