We give you the lowdown on the candidates for School Captains 2002

In the weeks leading up to the decision of the school captains for 2002, The Unofficial Bundy High Newsletter will be giving you the details on some of the candidates to make sure that you know exactly who to vote for.


Name: Ed Banger
Sex: Male Age: 19
Party: MMPA (Metal Militia Party of Australia)
Campaign Promises:
  • The replacement of the school's song "Per Ardua Ad Astra" with "Run to the Hills" by Iron Maiden
  • A minute of silence every morning to mourn the passing of Cliff Burton
  • School flag replaced with AC/DC logo
  • School uniform changes: leather jackets and skintight black jeans for male students (minimum hair length 30 cm) and skintight red dresses for female students ("like that chick in that Aerosmith film clip")
  • All food served at the tuckshop to be Kraft Macaroni & Cheese
  • New subject: Stagediving 101
  • Detention for anyone who disses Eddie Van Halen
  • School radio station to play non-stop metal 24 hours a day
Pros:
  • Excellent knowledge of heavy metal music
  • Has a cool looking snake tattoo on his back
Cons:
  • Questionable body odour
  • Still beleives that it is the year 1986
